Hello, it’s been a while. Anyone still out there?! Anyway, a quick post to tell you about a nice food project I’m working on together with some fellow Brits. It’s called CPH Meal, and we’ll be hosting occasional one-off food events in and around Copenhagen.

We have some of Copenhagen’s best chefs onboard and we think we can create something pretty special. But what we’re especially excited about is making fine dining a bit more accessible. We want to demystify haute cuisine a bit and involve our guests a little more in the details. We’ll be sharing recipes, passing on tips about where to find the best natural ingredients and documenting everything as we go.
