A very quick post to say well done to everyone at Copenhagen eaterie Noma (especially my mate Ben) for the pretty stupendous achievement of being named the world’s 3rd best restaurant by Restaurant magazine.

El Bulli and The Fat Duck retained the top spots while Noma (short for Nordisk mad, or Nordic food) leapt 7 places to third.
