A few things

One of my favourite street art websites has posted up one of my pics, which is nice (mine’s the one in Danish).

Earlier this week I met Mikael, who I work with on Cycle chic and Cycliciousness. It was actually the first time meeting in person and we had a good chat about life, the universe and Copenhagen. Mikael is half English and has spent a lot of his life living abroad or travelling. But I think we’re kindred spirits in that we both feel we’ve ended up in the perfect city. Anyway, I arrived early and Mikael, seeing me waiting outside the coffee shop, took a sneaky shot.

My friend Russell went to a fancy dress party yesterday. The theme was ‘Come as a dead person’. So Russell went as his long-deceased pet goldfish. Here he is testing out his look:

Tell us about the shoes.

I’m 30 soon Tim. Think i’m trying to recreate the feeling of being young.

Russel is really a freak.

You and Mikael both have anglicised looking Danish names.. Åron og Mikæl. You just need an ..oe.. to complete the team :)

I’m intrigued to know why Copenhagen is the perfect city! I’ve not been but I have heard good things. What sets it apart from say London in your opinion? And yeah those shoes look jokes! Anyaway, liking your blog. Will be coming back.

Vandal, thanks for the compliment!

Copenhagen isn’t totally perfect but there’s just something about it which makes me happy. Maybe it’s all the cycling, or maybe it’s the accessibility of everything (it’s pretty small really). I dunno, when I arrived I knew it was right for me. It’s totally different from London, and people from there or New York will probably find it a bit slow.
