Credit where it’s due

The new site has been up and running for a while now so it seems as good a time as any to say thanks to the people who made it happen.

The header design is the work of David Nagel, while my friends at Spoiled Milk did the back-end work and devised the pared-down, clean structure.

My only brief to David was that I wanted a mash-up of graphic and photographic elements which somehow ‘encapsulated what it felt like to cycle down a Copenhagen street in autumn’. Clearly, meeting such ill-defined aims wasn’t going to be easy, especially given the relative paucity of my budget. At any rate, I think David absolutely nailed it.

David completed the design as a freelance assignment for Spoiled Milk. We’re all looking forward to seeing more of him in Copenhagen once he completes his studies in Bremen.

See more of David’s work here.
